LEVEL 1 – 4 AB WORKOUT INSTRUCTION —————————————————————— For the 4-level AB workout program, you want to start at Level one and do that every two days. At the end of each week, determine if the level you’re currently doing has now become easier. If it hasn’t, stay at that level but if it has, then you move on to the next level. Repeat this until you can complete level 4 easily.
