Refund Policy for STC Fitness

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by STC Fitness, including paid workout plans, diet guides, subscriptions, and live coaching sessions.

By purchasing any product or service from STC Fitness, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or instantly accessible products are generally final.

This includes:

  • Workout plans
  • Diet guides
  • Meal plans
  • Training programs
  • Digital fitness resources

Once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, refunds will not normally be provided.

However, refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Incorrect product delivery

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2. Live Coaching Sessions

Cancellations by Clients

Clients may reschedule or cancel a live coaching session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may qualify for:
    • A session credit, or
    • A rescheduled appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable.

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

Cancellations by STC Fitness

If STC Fitness cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose:

  • A full refund for the affected session, or
  • A rescheduled session at no additional cost

3. Subscription Services

If STC Fitness offers recurring subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund previous payments.

Access to subscription content may continue until the end of the active billing period.

4. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Products or services purchased during:

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Discount periods
  • Limited-time offers
  • Special bundles

may be marked as non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact STC Fitness before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of access
  • Account termination
  • Restriction from future purchases

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

7. Exceptions

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of STC Fitness where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that may apply under applicable laws and regulations.
